Inside Sales Manager added to sales team
Meggitt-Wilcoxon has added another to their amazing team. Please join us in welcoming Mr. Tom Quinn as their new Inside Sales Manager. Tom joined the Meggitt Maryland team on March 6, 2017 and reports to Nick Montana, Director of Sales and Marketing
Tom will lead the Inside Sales Team to continue to provide best in class customer service, while supporting sales and marketing of Meggitt (Maryland), Inc.'s Wilcoxon Research® product line of vibration sensors, instrumentation and related accessories to OEM's, manufacturer representatives, distributors and end user customers.
Well suited for this role, Tom has a long and successful history of driving business through sales and marketing programs that focus on customers. Additional invaluable experience includes guiding internal sales teams who provide quality manufactured products and services for industrial markets.
Most recently, Tom was the Inside Sales Manager for Alban CAT (Caterpillar), a trusted global brand. During his tenure, he increased sales and demonstrated competence in creating strategies and executing tactics to lead and support a productive internal sales team for Caterpillar Distributorship.
As a seasoned business executive, Tom also brings a history of strong operational practices to support successful inside sales teams, service accounts, generate leads and satisfy customers. His career has focused on emphasizing the importance of the customer experience. Communicating with and helping customers identify and purchase products providing the features and functionality they need to solve their problems has always been first and foremost. Focusing teams towards goals that delight customers, and also result in long-term revenue generation is key.
